All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Issues & Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at comprastrendyfeet@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

Chargebacks & Fraud
